Manufactured under the ISO 9001 - Quality Management System, ISO 13485 - Medical Devices. We also have CE certificates and Medical Device Manufacturing License for many products. Keeping innovation, Scientz own 22 national patents, including 4 patents of invention.

Technical training
We provide our distributors with free training project performed in Scientz, Ningbo, China.
Training project includes products introduction, application, common faults & maintenance.

Warranty Policy
Scientz warrant the quality of new equipment and provide free service for defects in workmanship and materials in a period of 12 months. Scientz's obligation is only limited to repairing parts, proved to be defective by Scientz's examination.

We don't provide warranty for the following situation:
1. Instruments that have been misused or destroyed by accidents
2. Instruments whose original serial number label or identification marks have been unclear, changed or removed.
3. Problems caused by modification or repairing by anyone else not from Scientz or Scientz designated organization.
